Paper Smooches: Tick Tock

I had so much fun stamping Tick Tock from Paper Smooches. It's one of those sets you just want to play around with for a little while before you settle in. I think I stamped all of the different clocks in this set before made an actual real live card (did you catch the Frozen reference?). This little clock guy is definitely an unexpected favorite. But now I LOVE him. It was so easy to paper piece. Then I layered a few precut pieces with a die cut tag . I hope you are enjoying this Easter weekend! If off to go boil some eggs for tomorrow! :)

Paper Crafter's Library

I'm super excited and honored to be sharing a fun card over on the Paper Crafter's Libary today! Go check it out and let me know what you think! :)

Avery Elle: Storybook

Have you seen this adorable new set from Avery Elle? Storybook is the perfect addition to all the cuteness of spring. I haven't been able to put it down yet! The bunny is definitely my favorite though. Totally sweet. I paired the die cut bunny (yes, there are dies to match !) with the little bee. This would make a great card OR a perfect insert for pocket scrapbooking. :) I actually might use mine for my daughter's baby book. Oh the possibilities.  Heather Campbell (you already know THE Heather Campbell, right? Go To Gal extraordinaire!) drew this set and has also made some AMAZING cards with it. Check out her blog HERE you won't regret it.

Bella Blvd: What's New Wednesday

I'm still having a great time playing with all of the Bella Blvd collections from CHA. The product always seem fresh and new to me. Maybe it's because all the collections work so well together the possibilities seem endless. I mixed all four collections (Molly, Max, Family Forever and Lucky Starz) for this fun card.  All the tab stickers in the Bella Blvd collections have been a HUGE favorite of mine lately. Have you noticed? I stick them everywhere! :) Next up I wanted to spend some time with a new trend I've been spotting in blog land. CURVES! THE perfect die for this is in Quotable Dies by Paper Smooches. I used it to cute the 3 colored star papers on the bottom. More curves are in my future! lol The Candid Card I used for my sentiment is so cute. However, the red heart on the card wasn't working with my color scheme so I popped on a heart sticker which ties it in with the pink stars plus it adds some much needed dimension. Fun, right

Little Tangles: Challenge 34 Masking

The new Little Tangles challenge is up! It's a fun and easy challenge all about masking! It seems like its baby season lately. I'm not  pregnant but it's been fun to hear about new babies being born and babies on the way! With all the baby news around I had the idea to make a card after all the gender reveal parties I've seen. I especially love the "balloon release". :) Picture Credit: Vol 25 My card takes after that idea and has balloons flying from a box. This would work to congratulation an expecting couple or would also make an awesome birthday card. I used a simple mask to cover the balloons and then I stamped the string image.  I hope you'll play along in this fun challenge! Check out all the details on how to play HERE . I can't wait to see what you create! Thanks or stopping by!

Create Paper: Notepad and Pencils

I love keeping little notebooks around the house. I keep track of grocery lists, to-dos, ideas and more. Customizing these notebooks is pretty and practical. Let’s get started and I’ll show you how fun they are to make plus a few pencils to match! I like a smaller sized notebook so mine measures 4 inches by 6 inches. I started with a piece of cardstock that was cut to 4 by 8 ¼ inches. I scored and folded the card stock lengthwise at 4 inches and 4 ¼ inches. Next, I embellished the front using products from Oh Darling and Styleboard . The positive words and the cheerful images were combined to make list keeping a little more joyful and less of a chore. You could also use products to coordinate with your décor or style of your room. The inside is simple and organized. I trimmed down lined paper and added some patterned paper at the top. This was stapled to the back cover of my notebook and then covered with a cork sticker from Styleboard. The other side i
